I found this hard because I forgot over quarantine

Recount

In year 5 I went to Fiji for my aunty's wedding. I am with my brothers, cousins, mum, my dad, aunty,
uncle and grandparents.I felt so happy for my aunty. First we went swimming, we went on a speedboat
and my aunt's wedding

First thing I did when I got to the hotel was to go to the changing room.
It was so fancy then we got changed into our togs and jumped into the pool because it was so hot and
it felt so good.

 Secondly we went on a drift boat.
I was able to touch the water then we got to a Fiji village.
We had something that made our throat and tongue dry. It was so fun.

Thirdly it was my Aunt's wedding they had it on a beach. I felt so happy.

Then at night time we had a lot of food then at 10:00 pm we went swimming and we played rugby in the pool.

Lastly we said goodbye to my family, it was the best afternoon ever.   

Reflection

I was learning to write a recount with a structure.  If I did a recount again I will try make it longer because it is short.  

WALT: interpret bar graphs

Reflection I was learning to interpret bar graphs. I had to look at a bar graphs and figure the answer out. I found this difficult because I have never done this and I had to do a lot of counting.

I am really excited about camp, because my brothers have gone there.

Summarising information

My Reflection

I have been learning to find and summarise information by choosing the most important information.
I found this interesting because I had no idea who Sir Apirana Ngata was.
I found summarising the information tricky because I had to find out where to search for the information.
My next step is to try to do and finish the work without my teachers help.
